Visited a weekday evening, and was in and out. Needed an ear check, and meds for a yeast diaper rash on my 5mo, and NP Donna was absolutely wonderful! Provided us with a sample to get us home. VERY happy with the level of care here, and that they would see us despite not living in the area. If needed again, this is my first choice in the area for my child.

Horrible service! Took us all the way into the room and met with the nurse, spent 20 min explaining symptoms only to be refused services because kid had a temp of 99.1 earlier in the day (NOT A FEVER, by the way). Kid had no symptoms of COVID-19 what so ever! They heard the word temp and immediately shut down. One of the nurses actually rolled her eyes. They showed no compassion whatsoever! We were referred to the ER or the Dodge Urgent Care where they are sending ALL the sick kids! Going to the ER is a waste of ER resources for a non-emergency and referring everyone to the Dodge location where they’ll be exposed to COVID-19 is the stupidest thing ever. I’m done with Children’s completely. We’ll be switching physician’s immediately.

Very unhappy with the fact that my husband took our 8 year old daughter to get checked for a possible UTI. They made him feel bad bc \usually the moms bring them\. Are you kidding me? This was so inappropriate. They should be ashamed for making dads feel inadequate.

Today, my husband brought our 15 month old son to your urgent care. He had been running a low grade fever, very fussy, will not lay down to sleep, etc since Friday evening. As soon as your doctor heard fever, she refused to see him. Babies/toddlers can have various reasons for having a fever other than covid. As a health care provider, it’s your job to diagnose and treat patients, not refuse service because they have the same symptoms as covid. This is very disappointing and frustrating as we just wanted him seen as we suspected an ear infection. Being referred to the ER and waisting true ER services for a high probability of an ear infection plus the high cost of an ER visit to us, is unreal. Unbelievable.
