I have been to this location before with no issues. I understand COVID -19 has been hard on everyone and I can’t imagine being a healthcare worker in times like these. The nurse practitioner was amazing. Everyone else at this location was extremely rude. Karen the nurse who did our discharge was so rude, the woman that called before we could enter the building was rude on the phone and when we went in. There was an older lady in the waiting area that was rude when my daughter accidentally sat down in the waiting room. Upon entering and exiting nobody greets you or says anything. They are very rude unhappy people. The older lady in the waiting room turned her badge around so I couldn’t see her name but she was elderly with short gray hair. It might be time to retire if you can’t be nice to children.

This place was so amazing. Our wait time was only about 10 minutes. My daughter was screaming because she wanted candy and we didn't have any (she's two), and one of the staff members came out and gave her crayons and some pages out of a coloring book and calmed my daughter down so easily. Anyone who says these people \didn't care\ or \were rude\ are morons.

Everyone was EXTREMELY nice. From the front desk to the Dr. Very accomodating and we even walked in right before close. They didn’t rush at all.
