The shop looked like the owner was busy working on several projects. The light inside was excellent. The storefront was open for street views. He was confident and friendly. (I was sure I had found the right place!) I had found a crumpled poster from a Swedish music festival. I took it to this store in hopes of getting it restored and framed. He had a wonderful variety of frames. I saw the one I wanted almost immediately, although he showed me various alternatives. He let me know what he could and couldn't do because of the condition of the paper. I trusted him. It took about two weeks to get it back, within the time he promised. The restoration, mounting and framing were a little pricey. The result of his work is PRICELESS!
