One of the finest shopping experiences for husband and dad with the girls. We were treated like special folks. My girls tried on every coat in the building (seemed like it) and Tyler, Heather and Kaitlyn were so attentive. The coats and accessories were beautiful and seemed very well constructed (do you construct a coat????). The customer service was horrid. I brought an older coat in for repair and maintenance. I expected professional service. What I got back was a disaster. When I told them that I was dissatisfied with their services, and pointed out the problems, I was told that I could leave it with them. Black thread on a brown coat. Threads no knotted, just dangling. The eyes were cheap pieces of plastic. They were rude over the phone. The email from them was down right disrespectful. I do not recommend them for anything. ***I did not use profanity. My husband has never called your store. I never complimented the workmanship. There are emails, messenger, and photos of the issues created by your store.
