Called in to a branch location to ask if they had a notary and was directed to this location. I called to make sure and was told they had a notary and sounded happpy to help. I showed up at the main branch and was rudely told that notary services were for Credit Union members only. When I mentioned the prior call, I was told that the attendant couldn't \verify who (I had) talked to.

I stopped using this Credit Union as my primary account holder because you have to call and make arrangements anytime you spend more than a few hundred dollars. Now my card has been deactivated because of minimal use and by the way the account is used at least once a month, I have to come into a branch to fill out an application for a new “debit” card. Ridiculous
