If I could rate zero stars I most definitely would. Had a great time camping however the road trip to and from was a different story! Experienced a flat on the way there and the way home. During the first flat tire incident the Cruise America Roadside assistance took four hours to send someone out to change the tire. Forget using your own roadside assistance to expedite the help, they require you to use their service. After contemplating if we should even continue on our journey Gordon assured us that they’ve only had a few blown tires since the start of the year. I asked if we should have the front tire replaced as well because while the technician was changing the flat he pointed out its horrible condition. Gordon also assured us that it is rare for anyone to experience two flats while in their trip....BULL! I am now sitting stranded on the side of the highway waiting for roadside assistance to come change a second tire that has blown, which is not the front tire that is in the horrible condition! For the amount of money you spend renting the RV for a few days, you would think they would service the vehicles better! These RVs are unsafe! I highly recommend looking into RV share (which is what I’ll be doing from now on) if you’re looking to rent, it will be cheaper and safer!

Very much enjoyed our rental from Cruise America in Omaha. Gordon showed us what we needed to know about the 25 foot V10 Ford powered motor home we had reserved we signed a couple papers and he sent us on our way . renting is soooo much cheaper and easier than owning one just to use a few times a year . we will plan to do this again for another vacation
