I am not one to post reviews often, but I had a fire alarm system emergency over the weekend and FireGuard answered my call and had a technician on site right away. With all of the uncertainty going on right now I was worried I would not be able to find immediate help. This company is unethical. They hire employees and offer 90 day training and review, but then terminate after 10 days on the job because they found someone that already has the licensing requirements. If they treat new employee's poorly, I can only imagine how they would treat a customer that has already paid for their service. They should embarrassed.
We've relied on FireGuard to handle all our life safety systems for almost 5 years. We can always count on FireGuard to show up on time and their employees/staff/technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and professional.
