I see Rebecca at Gloss and she is AMAZING!! Rebecca is so knowledgeable about the products and skin care routines. She answered any and all of my questions and never seemed annoyed. When I left my skin was GLOWING like it never had before. The skin room was very clean as well and Rebecca took all the proper precautions. I would recommend everyone see her for their skin needs!!
I have been going to Gloss for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed! From the beginning process of scheduling my appointments with Shelly to the massages with Alyssa and my personal favorite Holly! The facials and eyebrow waxing that Holly gives along with the professional advice for taking care of my mug truly makes her stand out from the competition! Teams like them are what make a business work! A true A- team performance is what you will always receive here!
I had gotten a perm from Katie. At first it looked amazing! Throughout the day it fell though. I know this sometimes happens before you washed it so I waited the 48 hours, washed and styled it and it looked good again. At first. Throughout the day it continued to fall so I did some searching and found that that that can happen when your hair is dry after a perm, so I got some hydrating shampoo and conditioner, and a mask for my hair to give it some more hydration. I waited a few weeks and it still was falling quickly after it dried. I went to see if I could get something to hydrate my hair better from Ulta and the stylist there recommended that I reach out to Katie to see if it could be fixed. I had this perm less than a month and it wasn't staying. I called her up and she said that there's nothing that could be done for me other than trim my hair as it looked curly when I left that day. She said she wouldn't re perm my hair for a few months either. I was very disappointed as I paid over 100 to get this done and my hair is flat and straight by the end of the day, with less than a month of having it. I had perms when I was younger that had stayed just fine so I'm not sure why this one wouldn't have worked. It might work for some people out there but it didn't work for me.
Covid-19 measures in place. Felt safe. Enjoyed the massage with Belle again. Thank you.
