I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are the most un-organized place I have ever been. Aaron was a terrible Lawyer, would tell me one thing and then tell my ex another. they were so quick to take our money. We paid for 2 things and divorce and a QRDO after the divorce we asked about the QRDO and Aaron said \ well I cant do that until you pay\ we did pay 3 months ago we told him. after finding proof of the check he finally got that part done. After that got done they said we should get the pay out within 3 month, after 3 month didn't hear nothing my work heard nothing same with my retirement. turns out when I called they never sent it in to get processed. So when the finally sent it in again another month went by and didn't hear anything. I called and asker where they sent it, turns out they sent it to the wrong place. they finally got it sent in to the correct place it got rejected because they spelled my company's name wrong on the form, which means the judge has to resign it, when this happened Husker law acted like it was my fault that their incompetent staff did it wrong. They had to do this part pro bono because it was their fault. BUT DONT WORRY they still charged 3 separate transactions for \excessive emails\ which isn't my fault if they did the job correctly I wouldn't be emailing them. I got officially divorced in October 2019 just got the QRDO processed done and pay out September 2020. I will admit it was only 1200 to get a divorce so I guess that part was good. but every other part of this was terrible.
We worked with Husker Law over 3 years ago. They helped us get our financial situation under control and I am happy to say that since then we just bought our first home! Michael Sands is a down earth guy who takes everyone’s situation very seriously! He always answered all our questions and helped with all my worries! We are blessed for everything they have done! If you need help this is the first place to call!
