I have been using this service for a couple of years and this last time I had about 20 files that would not fit in the bin and the person who came to collect the shredding said he could not take the extra. I even said I would put it in, but he was not going to let me do that - ridiculous!!!

Zero stars! This is the worst customer service ever experienced! I cancelled service through their six times and never cancelled until I told the poor delivery guy not to bring it back.
