The absolute only suggestion is to update their speaker system to one that accommodates music. Currently, the volume must remain very low to keep it from crackling.

My mother bought a plan years before. When the time came the people at John A. Gentleman were excellent. They were professional and caring. They met all needs and helped bring solace to a stressful situation.
We had an absolute outstanding experience with everyone there but one that truly went beyond, helped us in every way possible and answered our questions very patiently and provided us with great comfort during our painful and difficult time. That one is Doug Schroeder. Thank you for everything you have done for us. Thank you for handling my dad with respect and for the touching tribute at the Lauritzen Garden. Traumatic and poor experience. 0 stars We are in the middle of making other arrangements due to the poor treatment and lack of professionalism and compassion. I will write more later but feel compelled to warn against this place so someone else does not have to go through what we have.
We bought a plan to bury my father in 2001 before he went to a nursing home. They did everything they said and more. Could not be happier with the service and attention we received from them.
