I would definitely recommend this Law firm. I live in California and needed to find an attorney in Nebraska. Don't know anyone in Omaha, Nebraska so i was given a list. I picked this company and I am glad i did. They were able to get things done in a very quick turn around. I really appreciated what an attentive listener he was and I never felt judged when sensitive material was brought to the table in my long drawn out custody case. Mr. Pekny worked with me every step of the way and I felt as though he respected and took into consideration my feelings, thoughts and opinions. He always gave great legal advice and I commended him for being reasonable and realistic about potential outcomes. As one can imagine in certain cases, such as a custody case or divorce, emotions can become heightened and he was always a sound voice of reason yet remained focused on the goal. Lisa Gonzalez was amazing to work with! she is also very professional and friendly She made the whole process as smooth as she could with the circumstances thrown at us and everyone in the office is all very nice and always returned phone calls in a timely manner! if ever have to need legal advice again i will definitely be calling her again!
