Just called to find out the status of a repair on my snowblower and was told by a very rude woman at the business said that it would be done when they got to it and they would call when it was done. I simply asked when that might be, since they have had it over a week, and she raised her voice and repeated that they will call when its done. So I have no idea when we will get it back or even how much the repair will cost. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
Employees are nice. Work quality is not. Have had my mower up there three times for the same problem. Taking my business somewhere else.
Never do business there ever again. Bought a stihl chainsaw took it home and used it. Worked well. Went back two months later and they said they sold me the wrong saw and I had to pay 200 more for the saw that I had already bought two months prior. Not very honest. .
Get your lawn mower, chainsaw or snow blower fixed here. Helpful staff :)
