We loved using Mark David floors! My husband and I bought our first home and the floors needed MAJOR refinishing. We are so thankful for all the hard work the crew did and they turned out exactly how we wanted them. Would absolutely recommend!

A family member had good things to say about Mark David Floors so we reached out about refinishing about 1200 sq ft of 96 year old original floors in a newly-purchased house. The price was competitive and Mark and his team made the whole process very easy. Once all the floors were sanded they put down a handful of stain samples to help us make the decision. Once work was wrapping up there were one or two small things we wanted touched up (trim, edging, etc.) and they were out the next morning to get it taken care of. Overall, the end product looks great and I'll certainly call Mark next time we need floor work done!
Very professional work. Kind people. Polite and reliable staff and business owner. They were patient with us as we worked to find the stain color that matched our aesthetic preference. Highly recommend Mark David Floors.
We hired Mark David to refinish our wood floors. After several delays, his crew was instructed to use a new, untested top coat on the floor. It ruined the finish. Mark David told us he would make it right, then later wanted us to cover his costs to replace the floors (he told us this was the only way to fix the issue). I left messages for him for months. After he finally returned my call, he came to examine the floors again, and determined that they could be sanded down and refinished again. It was 10 months after the initial refinish date that the floors were finally fixed. Also, female customers should be aware that Mark David is a \hugger\. I would not recommend this company.
