Everyone is so professional!! When they give you a time they adhere to that time. No waste of time in this place. Everyone made me comfortable and knowledgeable in regards to what was going to happen!! Procedure went well, in by 6am and home by 915 am.

My mother had surgery and her surgeon was great. I appreciate them taking care of my mother.On the other hand the two receptionist's are so unprofessional when I walked in I didn't get l greeted, because they were too busy talking amongst themselves about their new years plans! Mind you I had been there since 9:30 am and not once was I offered a drink or anything until after I came back from having lunch at 11:30 am. They went from talking loud like no one was in the office to Whispering like mice how annoying and unprofessional, I didn't understand why they had two receptionist when it was only two people having surgery. I was so annoyed waiting on my mother to get done. Like I said I thank the nurse Flossie and the surgeon but they two ladies at the front desk talk too much I shouldn't know anything about the personal lives!
Kudos to a great bunch of professionals!
