Very trashy customer service. I was told by 2 different employs that they consider Saturday and Sunday as working day for the voluntary testing for traveling. However, that was not accurate and I did not get a refund and got my results later.

Had an ear infection and got help within minutes! It took longer to fill out the form (at the kiosk screen) than it took for the rest of my \appointment\. Got the right diagnosis and prescription and feeling 100% better!

We planned to travel out of country that required COVID test before travel. Called them twice to confirm if they can take sample on weekends and they assure us that they include weekends as business days. Got our test back after 5days. We had to reschedule our tick( that cast more money) because of their worst customer service and giving us wrong information. will never recommended to any one this stupid CVS minute clinic.

Don’t recommend! They told us we could get covid test results back on the weekend (confirmed with them more than once) but when asked about the results they said they only count weekdays as the 1-2 day wait time to get covid test results back. Such a waste of money and time!!

I went into this Clinic on Tuesday the 23rd of June for their drive through covid testing. I still have not recieved any info. I have sent emails, called, no one helps you. Do not get your testing done here if you can help it.
