First let me start by saying I understand that covid has disrupted all our lives, however the state offices should do more to answer the questions and concerns of it's citizens. The wait times to get an answered call is ridiculous. Everyone you call tells you they are going to escalate your request. I'm wondering to where? They could never state who was getting my request in to upper management. When you ask for their employee number, they would not provide it. One gentleman said he's the only \Perry Ellis\ here. When you call back, you find out they didn't have your info or have a record of your inquiry. All of this is very dis-heartening when a simple straight answer would go a long way to reassure you the state has your back.

Misleading information in regards to unemployment benefits. I was told I was approved when I am still going through i week pending process. No call backs or emails. They are just determining eligibility when I have yet to speak to a judicator about my claim when I had to wait for one all this time. Its a joke.
