Absolutely insane Covid process. We were told to come at 6 by a physician at the clinic. Attempted to call the clinic per their instruction 5-6 times, then was on hold for 30 min to get “checked in”. It’s almost 8, still no test - we should’ve gone to CVS, at least I can get a snack while I get my time wasted.
