HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. Needed doctors notes for my children to be released back to school and the lady was so horribly rude. It was like she got joy out of telling someone no. I will NEVER come back here. Its too bad because the nurse was excellent. Definitely not recommended unless you like to deal with rude old ladies.

Expensive even with insurance. BEWARE! There are two separate costs to see a “doctor” at this clinic. You will have an office visit charge PLUS a hospital visit charge even though it is a clinic. Due to the clinic’s association with the hospital you have to pay both fees. So a standard office visit with insurance comes out to over 400. I specifically asked what the fees are and had them run my insurance ahead to verify that is was only one bill but instead I have two. I called but there isn’t much that can be done. I am stuck with and expensive visit to refill basic meds.

The hours are very flexible, if you cannot make it to a regular appointment they offer urgent clinic every weeknight and weekend including holidays. The staff is pretty friendly and they will test for many things before diagnosing you, however the waiting time is usually long, even when you arrive to your appointment on time, they seem to take a while before bringing you back and leaving you in the patient room for long periods of time.

The facility is clean. Staff is friendly and warm. I move often and have difficult finding quality primary care, but this office was different-they are great! Excellent patient care and good bedside manner. The only downfall is long wait times for a scheduled appointment. Nurse Tiffany, Dr. Ferris, and attending Dr. Nathan showed great attentiveness and compassion. Improve the wait times or at least communication of wait time and I'd have given five stars.
