I first saw Kate when I was experiencing major fluctuations in the days between my cycles - as few as 20 days some months and then as long as 45 days between the next cycle. I chose an hour appointment and Kate listened intently to my issues, including my grief from the loss of my infant daughter to stillbirth. I found her warm, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. She customized an herbal blend for me. My cycles evened out to 28-30 days in about three months, and also helped me manage my hormones that caused a few days of headaches and crabbiness before my cycle started. The website took a little effort to make an appointment, but now that I'm familiar it's easy to to make an appointment or refill for my herb tincture. She also sells delicious teas in her shop and elderberry syrup. Her office is in the Omaha Whole Living building and is full of light, beautiful plants & succulents, and a peaceful feeling. Kate's herbal knowledge is extensive and I hope to take her herbal intensive training program in the future!
