This place deserves the title of best and biggest zoo in the world! The path is super straight forward making a logical loop around the park. Wasn’t too crowded. Each of the buildings shows its own ecosystem. They also have peacocks roaming the zoo. My favorite exhibit was the desert dome. The sand dunes were the size of buildings and you could even get a general idea of the ecosystem underneath the sand.

Mind-blowing!!! The experience was out of this world amazing. I have never seen a zoo run so well and so taken care of. Being from out of town (Wisconsin) it was just something to do while in Omaha, NE and I was not at all disappointed. It is a zoo like non-other. Words cannot describe how awesome and animal friendly that zoo is without actually going and seeing the exhibits they have there. Out of all the zoos I have been to (about 5-6), this zoo is definitely at the top spot in my opinion. Puts you in shock and awe when you see it. Parking is free. Tickets are reasonable. The structure of the zoo and its layout are one of a kind and it creates a very specific and easy to follow loop that guides you through the exhibits and regions of the world. One thing I will say is, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TIME, this zoo is very big and breathtaking (literally) and takes a while to get through in order to be able to experience it all.

What was open was great, but nothing really explained what was open or closed. No maps or notice boards with closure info etc. Very limited food options, suggest just bringing your own. Indoor exhibits are great for the cold days, most outside stuff was empty. All the bathrooms were very clean. Still a great value and the kids loved it. Will come again...when it's warmer.

Super huge zoo! Took 6 hours to see most of it definitely a whole day kind of activity. I can't wait for more exhibits to open, sea lions should be there soon! Bring water and good hiking shoes! Quarters if you want to feed the fish which was a blast. My favorite would be the jellyfish exhibit.. there were so many different kinds Camaras dont come close to how majestical they truly are

Animals seemed alert and playful. Large zoo and even during covid and winter only a few areas were truly closed. Enjoyed the day very much
