My dad had surgery today and I called for an update at around 330 pm and they were very polite and quick at getting me an update. I called again around 5 and was helped again by the same person Jessica. I didn't even have to tell her who I was calling about she remembered who I was and was once again great about getting me an update. That type of customer service is very appreciated.

The doctors, nurses, and staff were very professional and friendly. It was also very clean. I've been to a place that's suspose to be \THE TOP\ surgical hospital in the country, and maybe it was, however, the staff here was by far the most friendly I've ever experienced thus far.

Went in for a pain block and i ABSOLUTELY hate getting an IV, however Cooper there did an AMAZING job and it was the best IV I've ever had.

Surgery set for 9 am did not get in until 12:00,, your on an assembly line there with just a # no name . Also they can not work out the bill with my insurance company and it was supposed to be pre approved !
