Very crowded! Hard to navigate the aisles because of the amount of customers inside the store. Staff was friendly and in good spirits! Had 3 people staffing each checkout line made the process quick and smooth! Despite the amount of people checking out, checkout was fast! The Cafe was open. We enjoyed a quick bite for lunch including a salad, a soft pretzel, a hot dog, and a soda. All were great! Can't wait to have a single slice of pizza on my next trip!

So, I ordered a two tier cake many years ago and I was not pleased by the work that was done on the cake for my event. I swore I would never go to the Sam's bakery again. Fastforward to 2020. I needed a two tier cake for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen. My Aunt recommended Sam's Club and I started laughing and shared my experience from years ago. Finally, she convienced me to try again. As, I am looking through the cake book another customer was picking up a cake order. I could tell by the look on her face and the converation she had with the bakery staff that she was less than pleased with the look of the cake. The customer walked off with out the cake and stated, \I will just pick up a cake on my way home!\ With what just happened and my past experience I was very concered that Sam's would not make a cake that was pleasing to the eye. The Bakery staff (April) assured me that they were up to the task and showed me some cakes that she had decorated. They looked amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she jotted down notes for my desired cake. I placed my order but, I was still a bit nervous. Anyway, I showed up as planned on October 3 to pick up my cake. I was blown away! The cake was everything that I wanted! April did an AWESOME job! Everyone, at the party thought the cake was beautiful! My daughter loved it! It looked and tasted perfect Thank you April for keeping your word!!!
It's a pretty standard sam's club. Maybe a little busier than normal, but still has all the great deals and bulk purchases I need for my 6 person family
I would have given them 5 stars but they only had one lady in customer service and she also had to answer phones. She took 2 calls wile trying to get us our membership. She did her best but they needed 2 people in customer service.
Been shopping at Sam's for quite a few years and still love!!! Awesome & friendly cashiers, helpful folks on the floor, great food selection, and a host of non-food products at reasonable prices. Although most of the kids are out the house and we don't need the bulk as much I still love shopping there. Should also mention that they have killer roasted whole chickens for 5. Can't beat that :)
