Good first impression. We'll see how the work turns out but I'm hopeful. Customer lobby is a bit spartan. Update: the work took a little longer than I expected but it was probably impacted by a big snowstorm locally. They did a nice job, computer works fast and is back in order. I definately will go back when I need tech help.

If I could give them a 0 I would. No help very rude . They wouldn't work with us. They told us there was no fixing the computer that we had to get a new one and then when we came in that wasn't true either. The kept creating a new story every time we asked them questions. Would let us use our Maintenance coupon. Even those thats what we bought it for. I would never ever go back to them or recommend anybody to go there.

I have used Schrock computers and service for 10 years and have been more than satisfied with both. When I have had some issues, which have been few, I have always been treated as a valuable customer. The staff gives you the time necessary to resolve the problem. I recently purchased a new printer which was not properly connecting to the Venture modular from Schrock. It took some time and multiple attempts at getting the proper connection, but Gabriel patiently and professionally found the solution. Very much appreciated, Gabe! I wish continued success to the organization and all the knowledgeable staff at Schrock!

I am still trying to get Schrock to fix the computer I bought at the store by Village point. It was bought in July 2020. After taking the computer into the store 7/10, 7/30 when a PSU part was replaced, and now again in February and being told that it was a programing issue I still cannot get the machine to boot up without turning it off and restarting everything. There obviously is a part that needs to replaced. I don't know what it will take to get it fixed.
