I have taken my mower and now a snow blower the these guys now and I have been very impressed with there service. They understand that you need your mower or snow blower back ASAP and they go above and beyond to get it back to you. They replaced the belt, paddles and scraper blade on my snow blower in the same day! I appreciate their hard working staff that get it done and back to you fast! Thanks again and I will be back for a mower tune-up!

Took a snowblower wheel in to order a new tire for it. They told me it would be about 5 days and that they would call me. I never received a call and so I went to pick it up after 2 weeks. When he brought it out it was the same tire and he said I put a tube in it. I said that’s not what I had asked for and he said that the tire they got in was not right. When I asked why I was not called I was told that they called me multiple times. I said I did not receive a single call from you, why did not not leave a voicemail? He said we did multiple times, cell phones don’t always work. I told him that I am a businessman and I never have issues with my cellphone. He said well we keep a record when we call. He started digging through a box of cards and said, well I don’t know why your card is not in here. Very bad business to call a customer a liar, do whatever they want to and charge money for something that they did not ask the customer if they want it done. I will never be back here again. A week later I took the other wheel to Good Life Small Engines and miraculously they did not have a problem getting ahold of me on my cell phone and I got my wheel back in half the time at half the cost...that place might be a little further for me to get to as far as location goes, but well worth the drive to save money and not be called a liar.

Couldn't believe they had a part for my 25 year old Toro snowblower! But next time, I'll let them do the repairs. Ugh!
