Ordered the bacon wrapped filet mignon in the mail. It came frozen just like it was supposed to. Best steaks I ever had. They were so tender and so juicy. These 1 star reviews are rediculous coming from people that didnt even try the food. If you cant read a menu you are such a baby.

Don’t order if you live in warm weather state!First order and was looking forward to trying Filets and burgers. We accepted directly from delivery driver and opened the shrink wrapped ice chest immediately. Ice was totally melted, product fully thawed, barely cool. I didn’t feel confident it was safe to eat as it was mailed 3 days earlier and no telling how long ice was gone. I called to ask if this was normal and told it’s normal to arrive thawed, would be safe to eat. I then looked at website FAQ’s - said product would arrive frozen. I lost trust for “customer service’ rep’s safe to eat assurances. I didn’t eat so can’t review quality.

I ordered on line the sockeye salmon. I actually ordered 2. When they arrived on time I just threw them in the freezer but noticed they were nothing like the picture. When I opened them a few weeks later to cook they stunk and were mushy. I then tried to call customer service but was put on hold then my phone was disconnected so I emailed customer service about it. I got NO response! Do not buy anything from this company! I also ordered their steak burgers and Kansas City has them beat on that too!

least helpful staff ever. Me: “What do you have today?” Them: “look at this menu” M: “thing A please” T: “we don’t have thing A” M: “thing B then” T: “no we’re out of that” M: “okay how about thing C” T: “oh we don’t even carry that” M: “well what DO you have, can I walk around on the indicated path and look?” T: “we have what’s on that menu and no you can’t walk around” Least pleasant shopping experience. Horrible woman working who was angrily unhelpful. Not just not being useful, but actively in the way of us trying to spend a bunch of money on stuff.

This company must teach their people to lie to customers who have a problem to get them off the phone line so they can take more orders. If you get put on hold, and stay for one hour, the system hangs up on you.
