I would love to give a shout out to Julie, in the pharmacy. I asked about tape for my knee, and Julie devoted her time and knowledge and made sure I was satisfied with her suggestion. For such a big Target store, the grocery section is tiny. I couldn't find the Brazil nuts or Little Smokies I was looking for, they were completely out of green onions, and they don't even sell disposable plates with divided sections. I felt like this trip was a waste of time as I had to go to store to purchase the remaining items on my list.
I tried to call customer service 6 times in an hour, and nobody picked up the phone. Target, your stock is going up, but your customer service seriously needs some improvement. Maybe you should revisit the concept of client experience in training.
So fast and easy to figure out ordering and pick up. First time went very smoothly
Went to target it get AirPods I knew exactly where they were and how much they were but the only problem I ran into was that literally no one was there to unlock the case. I saw two tech employees having a conversation and they both made direct eye contact with me and didn’t help when I went to go find someone I just literally couldn’t find anyone I had to go to the help counter and call 3 times for someone when a very nice person came to help and called someone to unlock the cabinet and can u guess who came to unlock it the same employee who was having a conversations about how he’s crashed his car into a tree like 5 times just very unprofessional I don’t like writing reviews like a boomer but come on it’s your job to sit there and helpPeople not wonder off and chat
