Amazing selection & very friendly staff! If they somehow don't have what you want in stock, they'll order it & call you when it's in. I also love that it's an independent family owned business.

Everyone was very welcoming and they had a wonderful selection of cards along with their books! The kids' section was deceptively large and beautiful, I am excited to bring my family back to the bookstore with me!
The bookworm has an amazing atmosphere and a great selection of books. The store also maintains a completely functional website where you can preorder books, browse what is available in store or can be ordered, and have orders delivered to your house. All that makes the bookworm a great local store. What makes it one of the best, is that when you walk in the door, no matter how busy they are, someone greets you and asks you if you need help finding anything. There is a section of the store devoted to children's books with its own dedicated employee and cash register. While you can order online, you can also call in and the crew is willing to help you out and they don't ask \have you checked our website\ or seem put off by the call. The Bookworm sets the bar for what a brick and mortar store should be. Great atmosphere, great product selection, and absolutely awesome customer service.
I'm impressed with how they are adapting and weathering COVID. I ordered something sorta last minute for Christmas, and they had to call to let me know it wasn't going to make it in time (which is probably more my fault for ordering so late during the pandemic), but they were so professional and courteous in getting it figured out.
