Don't waste your time calling a newly started sweep company. Piece of mind here. Doesn't get any better using The Chimney Doctor. I will definitely be using The Chimney Doctor and recommend them. They we're prompt, clean, respectful and did a great job! Educated me on the use of my gas fireplace and made it look pretty after 7 years of neglect. They have been in business 30 years and don't even compare to their competitors.

We are very impressed and will definitely be using their services again! Brandon was professional and polite, and did a great job inspecting and cleaning our fireplace/chimney. He took the time to ask about how we use the fireplace, walk us through everything he was doing, and thoroughly educate us on the do's and don'ts of our fireplace. He did a great job with the cleaning, was very thorough, and took extra precautions to not dirty our house or belongings. We will be calling them yearly for inspections and cleanings, and won't look anywhere else from now on!
Great service! Didn't try to rope us into unneeded services, like a cleaning, even though we were expecting to need one. Really took the time to explain what was found and offered multiple solutions based on time frame, cost, and desired outcome. Have used in the past and will continue to call on for the future! We once had a chimney fire from forgoing an inspection, we won't be caught in that scenario again! Thanks for the peace of mind Chimney Doctor!

Randy was great from start to finish. Even though mother nature didn't cooperate with him being able to complete the work quickly, he did a great job communicating with me. Hind sight, mother nature not cooperating was a good thing because i ended up having hail damage and got a new roof. This allowed Randy to work with a \clean slate\ per say. After my roof was installed, Randy was there in a few days to get my chimney & new flashing all sealed and redid the caulking. I mentioned to him about cleaning my chimney's and instead of just doing it, he was kind enough to check to see if they even need to be cleaned. If i have any issues, i definitely know who to call. Good Job Randy, you are definitely \The Chimney Doctor\!!!
