Quality service is always provided. Customer satisfaction is a must in here, one of the reasons I always go there. I visited this store couple of times to remove some links from my watch band. The lady is very professional and she will give you some advices to keep your watch longer. Highly recommend

Outstanding service I went in with 5 watches that needed batteries. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great customer service, and friendly as well. The hours are different Mon-Fri 12-4, highly recommend.
Stop by to talked to someone about my antique clock. It had a sticker on it from 2010 from their company. It worked but was running fast. All I wanted to do was ask some questions. Had a sign on the door to knock. I did they could see me, but no one moved. So I called. The lady who answered was real short with me, and, not even knowing my situation blurted 200.00 and 2 months out. So apparently they don’t need any more business. That is fine they won’t get mine.
