Basement flooded during the coldest day of the year roughly two weeks ago. United Water Restoration Group had Major drain dispatched the same day to resolve the plumbing issue. The next morning Joe was onsite with crew to begin mitigation and demo He seems very aligned with the homeowner, We certainly appreciated the recommendations. United Water moved all the furniture we had downstairs to begin demolition. Entire process was easy, Even during these exigent times. Very impressed, hopefully We never have to use United water again, but I know who We’re calling if needed!

He went the extra mile for us on his day off. He also provided value guidance from his in-depth industry knowledge, and set us up for success for the rebuilding phase following the water damage cleanup. I highly recommend them!
Joe came out to assess some water damage we were noticing in our home. He checked very thoroughly for moisture and explored the basement, the interior and exterior of the house, and even popped a baseboard off (with our permission) to diagnose the source of the moisture.
