I worked here a month or two ago.. I liked the work , but the issue is extremely poor communication. When you start they tell you very little. Then, a few days later they yell at you for rules and things they failed to inform you of in the first place. On day 1 they would tell you its break time or lunch time, but would not tell you for how long.. They were the same way with your work schedule. If they wanted you to do a different task someone would yell-something in Spanish, and they never called you by name because they didn't know anybody's name, then we had to figure out which one of us they were talking to.Oh, and if you don't know Spanish, dont even bother, you won't be treated well by the 4 different supervisors you will have in any given day. They don't even get the basics right at this place, that's why its so chaotic. Again, I liked the work itself, but dont make it a guessing game, communicate, and call people by name instead of \Hey you
