We had our mother's services here and with the assistance of Zach Hanson and Whitney Lee we were very pleased. Their assistance was above and beyond helpful. Pleasant. And respectful of all. They assisted us with everything we needed and made this difficult time go as smoothly and pleasant as possible. I can't say enough how helpful they were. Mike Lincoln spoke at the service the for us and he was excellent too. Thank you for all you did

Zach was great to work with during this difficult time...very informative, flexible and patient. The only part of the service that did not go as planned was I requested the casket closed during the actual service and it was left open, no reflection on Zach, he was not there at the time.

I have had many family pass. Most recently my mother. And these people are the best. So nice and treat you with absolute dignity and respect. They will work with you on everything! I may be young but I plan to be here with the rest of my family when I pass! Thank you Westlawn-Hillcrest for being as great as you are!

My father passed away May 2 2020. He had all his funeral arrangements made and paid for well in advance. Visitation and funeral was great. He wanted a military funeral and Boyd did a good job arranging that. But I must say he made mistakes in the obituary for the paper several times. We had to make changes several times for it to be right. One of the mistakes he made was his death date . Really? Then after 2 months of not hearing back from them on his death certificate, I called them. Only to find out they had not been sent in. So they reassured me they would send them in asap. That was 2 weeks ago. Last Thursday they called and said they had them in. I asked if they could send them to me. So now here it is 6 days later and havent received them . I called them today and they said they mailed them to Lincoln to be certified. So now we are coming up on 3 months with no death certificate! This is unacceptable. I will say that Judith was awesome and she is an amazing woman.

The passing of my husband was very unexpected. Paige and everyone at Westlawn Hillcrest made it all a little easier. Paige walked us through everything step by step and included my 8 year old daughter in a very special moment between her and her Dad. I will forever be grateful for the sincere heartfelt moments I had at Westlake. They really took the time to get to know my loved one and our family. We were never rushed and Paige always was willing to change or add things for us up to and after the service. The follow-up has been outstanding.
