A few weeks ago I wrote an awesome review. Little did I know that when life throws you a curve ball and you are unavailable to work temporarily, Mark Rollag at XtDirect will fire you and then withhold your pay. I read many many other reviews with negative comments and I know he has a history of not paying his employee's. (He must have financial issues) But I never thought that would happen to me after all of the hard work and dedication I put in. Unfortunately, I have had to hire an attorney to fight to get what he owes me. (Which is only 2,000. He must really be struggling). It's kind of sad really, but it is what it is. A genuine company that I'm so grateful to be apart of! It isn't often that you find the owner of a successful company so involved with his employee's. Mark has been so generous during my time here at XtDirect I'll be forever grateful for this opportunity.

This is not a fake company! I work for this establishment and my Supervisor(s) are amazing! I mean I get a paycheck every two weeks just like any other normal job! Trust me it’s real and I am not a paid actor!
Was hired through them and found that I needed to change my internet provider which was fine with me. The president tried to intimidate me and shame me because I couldn’t get it changed in. Less than 2 weeks. I then had an emergency come up and ended up having to quit. I never got paid for the 4 days of training and the one day I was able to work. Don’t believe what they tell you.
This business is a HOAX. Groups of people get told that they are hired and then, conveniently after submitting personal information, the job magically is no longer available. Do not provide any personal information to this business, you will get scammed!
Do not give them your personal information and dont trust them. They are a fraud company.
