We called upon O.M.D. Investigations and Security Services for immediate security services, and O.M.D. quickly responded with true professionalism. From the owner to the staff we found that each member of the security team was vigilant, respectful to our patrons and protected our staff and building with ingrained training and common sense. I cannot stress how O.M.D. made an impact on the hearts and minds of our staff during a very stressful and chaotic period. O.M.D. met and surpassed all our requests, and we strongly encourage anyone to call O.M.D. first when the need arises for investigations, service of process, security or gun training.
The review was referring to dates before you closed, there were several complaints about your punctuality and professionalism, which you have showed a lack of professionalism in your response to me. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, you became defensive and did not take any accountability, which is on you and on FieldPrint.
The owner of the company is very professional. He has a no nonsense approach, and is all about getting the job done. If you are looking for someone, OMD will find them! Trust!
