Had an incredible experience with this boutique! Fanglu and Gareth made the process of surprising my fiancee with the Speedmaster Moonwatch amazing! I reached out about the watch via the omega website and was quickly put in touch with the local boutique. Fast email responses, easy purchase process, and an amazing in-store experience. Fanglu didn't miss a single detail! A hidden note to my fiancee in the box ( he didn't know he was getting it that day, he thought we were just looking), chilled and packaged champagne to takeaway (following covid guidelines) and they even unexpectedly gave me gorgeous flowers to take home. Not only did we leave with a beautiful watch, but a great memory of our 1 year anniversary It was something we will never forget! Thank you!

Was in Chicago for the day and visited here. I had a loose pin on my Sea Master and asked them if they could take a look at my watch. I didn't want anything falling off while walking around. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and absolutely took care of me. The young woman took my watch to the back and replaced two of the loose pins and tubes, one more than I thought I had. What a great bunch of people. I think I might have to use them for my next servicing. Thanks again!

Absolutely top notch service! I was working mainly with Alexis but briefly with others too. Everyone is always so helpful and on point. Had to send my speedy for service and the turnaround was 2 1/2 weeks quite impressive if you ask me! Will always be back thank you guys.

Wow wow wow! While surfing Omegas website, I stumbled upon a very inexpensive Omega ring to match my Seamaster pro! Turns out they were only available through the Omega Boutiques and not online. Being that I live over 9 hours by car away from the nearest boutique, I put in a request for information. Within an hour or so I got a call from Alexis! She was super helpful and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns over sizing of the ring because I lived in another state. I placed my order with the Chicago Boutique over the phone and within a few business days I received my ring beautifully packaged! It was as though I had ordered a 10,000 watch (as opposed to the 200 ring it actually was.) Thank you to Alexis and the rest of the Chicago Omega Boutique team for delivering a top notch buying experience for something that costs less then my typical Amazon Prime Orders haha!
