I called to inquire about a Nest Thermostat issue, tech said he's come over right away to check it out. He arrived quickly and was professional. After explaining my issue, he gave me tips on what to do to remedy the situation which gave me the confidence to work on it myself without any type of fee's. After his advice, I was able to fix my thermostat to function correctly. I will definitely call and suggest On Time AC for my or any family/friend condition and/or heating needs.

Fantastic customer service! Same day service and our a/c was fixed in 20 minutes. A friend of mine recommended them and I'm so thankful. Trent didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and answered my questions without pressure. We will definitely be using them to replace our units when the time comes.

These guys show up ON TIME just like they say and never try to sell you what you don't need. Their integrity is beyond reproach. And even on the weekends in the summer when its 110 and you ' break down,' they show up the same day. They really make me look like a hero to my friends when I refer them. Thanks for being ON TIME ...ALL the TIME ! : - )

BEST IN PHOENIX!!! I had On-Time Air out for an inspection on my 15 year-old hybrid gas/electric unit three years in a row. The first visit got a clean bill of health. The second showed an electrical component that was about to go bad and take the whole system circuit board with it. Since it was caught in time, the repair cost about 100. Had the part fried the board, I would have probably had to replace my whole system, as a 15-y/o system board can't be easy to find any more, and if it was available, probably would have fetched "antique" prices. On-Time Air definitely saved my A/C unit when they could have just bided their time and gotten much more of my money on a full replacement. When this old unit does finally die, I wouldn't consider giving my A/C business to anyone else. Thanks Ted and Kristi!

On Time, gave me a good rogering, I used them to replace my unit after the hail storm, the gave me a quote of around 6,000 dollars, come to find out recently they are selling units for half that price. When I called to talk about it, i was greeted with the most unpleasant man, whom talked to me as if I was a child, he said that he did not have time for my "whining" and hung up on me, then I have called 6 times in the last two weeks, with no returned phone calls. I have heard they are now out of business, this is just great, what a run around, i would run far from these scammers. They give the industry a bad name, Ihad two other companies tell me these guys are always taking advantage of the elderly and that they were being investigated.
