One call restoration has been extremely unprofessional. Darius and his crew do whatever they want and you pay a high price for every little mistake. Way overpriced and very disrespectful...horrible customer service, lacking in every area. I do not think I could have had a worse experience with this contractor. “The Cost Plus” Bid is criminal. Which he sold me on from the beginning.. Unbelievable that a contractor would treat his clients this way. He has wasted my time, my money and my patience. Darius went as far to talk behind my back to at least one of the sub-contractors, most likely more. He seems so sweet and nice and very knowledgeable. But do not let him fool you one minute in thinking that he is a capable respectful legitimate professional. I would not recommend this company for one second, in my opinion I think they need to be shut down.

One Call Restoration completed repairs and installed flooring after a flood from the sewer line, They were wonderful to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Their work was above excellent. If you need restoration work you won't find another company as good as this company. Laura and Darius are wonderful.
These guys are fantastic! Not only did they come out after hours to look at my mold issue, they also got me put on the schedule in no time at all. The technician and the office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I do heating and air for a living and come across mold issues quite frequently... I will recommend these guys personally AND professionally from now on. Awesome job, and THANK YOU!
I have used One Call Restoration at two different properties for mold removal, and they are absolutely wonderful. Not only do they come out quickly, take care of the mold, and guarantee the removal, they have also helped me out with other issues at the properties while they are there. These guys are literally my heroes. From home break-ins to giant holes in the floor, they always come to my rescue. They are the best at what they do and they are really good people too.
I called 10 Reconstruction Contractors before I called One Call Restoration. They were honest from the first day on. They went out of their way to repair our home even coming back after it was finished to repair things. I would HIGHLY recommend Darius and his crew to anyone! I gladly would use them again.
The "One Call" service team was FANTASTIC!! Our finished restoration of our bathroom is better now than ever before. The whole team hit on every time commitment they had given, and the work was exceptional! The whole team was great in there communication on what they were doing and when it would be done. Call "ONE CALL RESTORATION" for any emergency or restoration needs you may have, I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!
My family went through an awful fire in December of 2016. Not only did One Call Restoration take care of the clean up after the fire, they also rebuilt our house, essentially from the ground up. I would recommend Darius and his crew to anyone. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they do fantastic work.
Darius came over to give me an estimate on the water in the crawl space. The humidity level was well below the minimum so no problem with mold. There was very little water so he soaked it up with towels and didn't charge me. The other company wanted to charge me 2-4,000 for cleanup! I highly recommend ONE CALL RESTORATION - they are HONEST!
