They are bottom feeders. in my opinion. They repeatedly call me with their \fantastic offers\ even after I have requested multiple times to be put on the no-call- list. Choosing a credit card processing company is a very important decision - do some research and don't fall for some slick talking salesperson over the phone. Legit companies don't have to resort to cold calling - they get enough referrals from satisfied customers to keep them busy. Avoid One Connect.

Been with these guys for about two years and have never had an issue with my bill. The reason for the review is they have truly great customer service. I had an issue with my card reader and they overnighted me a brand new one. I’ve switched companies a lot through the years and these guys are on it. Never is there an issue with contacting them or getting something resolved.

Be aware of this company! Their Sales Reps lie to induce customers to sign the contract over the phone! Read the contract carefully before signing it. Their Sales said only 1% for credit card processing, 0% for debit, 10 cents transaction fee each time and a monthly fee of 79, no hidden fee. That is a lie!! Do not believe in that. For my first month, they charge me 55 for 1000 transaction and a monthly fee of 122!! If you want to terminate the contract, you need to pay 495 and buy the out of date processing equipment, which they never remind you before signing the contract!
