Very happy with Dave and One Hour. He was on time (early with permission), professional, friendly, and wore a mask the whole time. When there were hiccups he had good suggestions, and patiently dealt with Honeywell customer service with me. Educated me on my system (just bought this house) and gave me great advice. It took longer than expected but everything is in order now!

Our unit stopped cooling and would only blow heat. Called One Hour Heating & Air and the technician stated that there was a \best case\ scenario and a \worst case\ scenario and that the reversing valve may be bad and that it would be 2,500 to fix before looking at the unit. After looking at the unit for 5 minutes he determined it was the worst case scenario. We are new homeowners and were taken advantage of, but the only reason this review isn't a 1 star is because we were able to get a refund promptly. The issue was a simple fix. Our thermostat had gone bad and we were able to return it for much less than 2,500. I appreciate that there are some honest companies still around. I will not be using One Hour Heating and Air again.
My unit wasn’t heating properly so I called for this company to come out. The gentleman arrived and asked what was going on with the unit. After explaining he immediately diagnosed the issue without taking a look at anything. He poked around a little bit and then immediately told me I was going to need 8,000-10,000 worth of work. I had another company come out and they fixed the issue for 75.00.
Jeremy knew what it was right away. Sensor had dust on it making it malfunction. Quick fix. He wore a mask the whole time for his safety and mine. I have used One Hour several times. Have always done a good job.
Mr. Keon, was very professional and walked me through the entire process of the service I needed. He completed the work in a timely manner. I will recommend your service to anyone. Hats off to Keon and the company for keeping me abreast of timing of service rendered. Keon also wore a mask for safety, and I really appreciated One Hour Air Condition thinking of the safety for their customers and employees.
