In-store shopping
As a buyer, it is great. Especially during season changes, when they have clearance. I love that they have changing rooms; as there are always rogue zippers and loose beads/buttons etc that you would only discover with trying it on. I moved away, and won't be able to frequent it as much, but I loved it while it lasted. Just like any place you have to dig, and they don't always have a diversity of sizes, but it's worth a saturday out with the ladies.

Arlene and her team have always been kind, helpful and provided a great shopping experience. I’ve bought and sold things at the store and have always been happy. Arlene has a great eye and knows how to put things together really well!
DO NOT USE THIS CONSIGNMENT STORE! They returned to me my expensive Gucci sunglasses, after I decided not to sell them there, with a very damaged case! They put scotch tape on a very delicate, leather case, and it pulled the outer leather layer off in 2 large spots!! How will I be able to sell these impeccable glasses without a nice case? They do not take very good care of your personal items. The owner is not a good business person. They physically damaged my property, and she would not compensate me, or did not care to do anything about it. It is not worth paying a 20 fee to consign with them, because they didn’t sell many of my items. Beware!
Shop here if you want your items sold on Tradesy for a lesser percentage of your own profits. Handbags especially they will post on there and keep more profit than what one would have gotten selling themselves which is so morally wrong. The whole store is a hoax and defeats the purpose of the term consignment. Arlene is rude and entitled and so is the husband. Would never shop here...like ever. Valley vintage is so much better.
Biggest waste of money spent on a piece of furniture. I have had MANY Shabby Chic/distressed pieces over the years and this one was just shabby. After seeing photos of the initial paint job I requested they redo some areas, which they did, but it was still awful. Because they really push you to pick up your furniture the second it is done I had to throw good money after bad to hire someone to retrieve the furniture. I purchased a different bed elsewhere and their piece sits in my basement until I can give it away. After seeing them now posting on Craigslist I felt I NEEDED to warn folks about this place. Looks great for consignment designer handbags, clothes and jewelry but NOT for chalk painted furniture!!!
