I am utterly upset with the way they handled my case . A most straight forward eviction of unpaid rent with no tenant contest took from early October to March 10th or over 5 months. This is just outrageous. They took the money in full upfront. Even the March 10th eviction would not have happened without my personal intervention spending hours and days going to court . They took the money in advance and left my case in the waiting pile keeping me in dark to wait causing me lose thousands by keeping a non paying bad tenant on my property for months. Now I am in 2 months of Corona epidemic and unable to rent. They have set up 2 phone lines, very smart, Option one is for new client that they readily pick up so that they can collect your money fast . Option 2 line is for so called existing client or the ones they have already collected their money and do not care for their needs any more. This second line always go to message. They may call back at their choosing and if they do. They charged me 25 dollars for calling the option one line to punish me and basically saying \ go back to the junk pile\. I am a very busy person and usually have no time writing reviews, but in this case as upset as I am and for service to other landlords I am posting this review telling others about such a lousy job they do and costing me tremendous amount of time. Do your research before calling them.

This lady took 1500 of our money 10 months ago to file divorce papers. Which I recently found out WERE NOT EVEN FILED! We have since been trying to contact her via phone calls and emails but she is not returning either one. Our wedding now has to be pushed back even further due to her carelessness. Do NOT trust this person!

I wish I could give them zero stars but I can't. Do not do business with them. They advertise under eviction, divorce and probate. They must have a bunch of websites but they all have the same numbers. They scammed me out of 1,500 for probate which I need for a car. Once they had my money I could never get in touch with them. Countless e-mails voicemails. The couple of times I was able to get anyone on the phone they lied and said the paperwork was filed with DMV but when I would call to follow up with DMV as they never gave me status, I was told no paperwork was ever received. Then they told me they would send someone over in person. Check with DMV again to find that is a lie. At this point they have wasted so much of my time, I just want me money back. They are horrible.

One Source is a total scam. I contacted Cruz Palomino no less than 25 times after paying her 689 to fill out paperwork for my deceased father's probate. She contacted me only twice by email and I had to beg for information that I never got. She hides behind her answering service and an email she barely uses . I've given her so many chances to redeem herself, but have finally resorted to filing a lawsuit and asking for damages. PLEASE, PLEASE, read this and run the other way. She has caused so much heartache in my family who is already suffering so much grief .
