I had originally called One Touch for help with a simple problem, but ended up using them to completely overhaul our existing entertainment system. They did a fantastic job. BEWARE: Thief! Owner Scott Rayborn stole a 250 ladder from me and was forced to return it after being pressured by the police. At first he told various lies to cover his tracks but in the end had to admit he wanted to see if he could get away with stealing it. He became defensive and abrasive when confronted. He claimed to be the son of a sheriff when I threaten to call the police if he didn't return my property. He laughed and said \good luck my father is the Sheriff.\ He believes he is above the law and has no conscience. Avoid this company at all costs. You can confirm my story by calling Salem Police.
