This marina is the absolute worst! Rude, unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent. I fought with them for 4 years on a problem with my NEW outboard that they said never existed. I had to go directly to the manufacturer and enlist another dealer to assist with my warranty claim. This was a total nightmare because by this time the warranty had expired. The assisting dealer immediately recognized and diagnosed the issue after no more than 30 minutes, something Oneida Lake Marina couldn't do in 4 years. When it was all said and done and after losing 4 prime months of the season, I essentially received a completely new motor from the lower unit up. Thanks for nothing Oneida Lake Marina! ...oh, and make no mistake there were other issues of incompetence, dishonesty and rudeness not immediately related to the issue stated above (no return calls, no replies to emails, engine parts not installed, engine parts not connected and more)

I wouldn’t even give this Marina 1 star. Horrible customer service! They have had our boat for 2 months for maintenance and we still have no idea on the progress of our boat. They have been screening our calls and will not answer unless we call from another telephone number. When we are able to get through they tell us that no one is working right now or no is around and someone will call us back to let us know what is going on. My husband has been there in person and was told that “everyone is busy right now” and we will call you later to let you know what is going on with your boat. This is completely unacceptable. The service staff and mechanics must be completely incompetent at this point if they cannot even tell us the status of our boat. I would strongly advise to never use this Marina!

I would never recommend this Marina to anyone. They have had my boat for about 3 months and haven’t even touched it yet. Dealing with them was next to impossible as they were avoiding my calls because of screening my number. When I would call from a different line they would answer and give me the response of “we will call you back”. I was told a few different times that my boat was being worked on and waiting for parts but after my second visit in person to get answers I found out it hadn’t even been started yet. I was able to obtain my boat today but I’m very frustrated that I could have had it at another Marina with competent workers who would have completed the job by now. Horrible customer service
