I'm still using a computer that ISD Inc. built for me eleven years ago!! Of course over 11 years I needed to get a new hard drive but it was so worth it. Before this computer finally goes, I'm going to go get another from them and use this one for my grand kids to use. Wilhemina is wonderful and knowledgeable.
This is the second time we have purchased a computer through ISD. Both times we have been pleased with the technicians who trouble-shot the computer issues, and assisted us with choosing a new computer. They also transferred all our data from the old computer. Currently, Wilhemina has assisted us and continues to help us if we have any questions. She is prompt in returning calls, very cordial and pleasant.
Brought my laptop here to diagnose a startup issue. The \technician\ I spoke with said that it will be a minimum of nearly 200 regardless of what the issue turns out to be. He then tried to upsell me a new computer for over 500 dollars instead - even though it was not equivalent to the one I already own! I ended up getting the laptop fixed for under 100 elsewhere. These people just want to make a quick buck. Stay away!
