I have had Bullfeathers internet service since the beginning of 2018 and have been very pleased with the service. They are very helpful and go above and beyond to help with whatever my needs are. Well I was very pleased however now that they are changing everything I am not to pleased. Had to drive 50 miles one way to exchange a modem that worked great & paid 100 a month for it & now we have one that they now are charging us 150.00 a month for & it STINKS a lot of time's it looses recepshion & says no internet. I called & left a message to them on 11/14/2020 & it is 11/16/2020 & no response back from them as of yet so this tells me the could care less about their costumers. Don't believe we will be with them much longer.

Service started ok.. but it definitely appears to be throttling down. Today 1 bar and no connectivity. People may be nice but internet is horrible.. reminds me of dial up. I end up using my phone as a hotspot and get much better speeds. Lucky if something can be streamed .. xbox was the only thing that worked well until today...

At first the internet they provided was very good, but now after they emailed everyone to change to a new APN the internet is horrible.

The customer service is very good, friendly. Helped get us a replacement King Satilite for our RV. Set it up on our walley at the shop.
