Complete FRAUD. Money Back Guarantee is not for real. We bought really expensive tickets for a CMAC show and it cancelled. They said we would get a refund and then they reneged. We know the manager of CMAC and she said that they do not recognize Online City Tickets as a ticket source. The support Ticketmaster. She then said "It sounds like you were scammed". I hope you don't fall for the same scam we fell for. Thieves!!

I purchased 2 tickets for Les Miserables on November 18, 2018. When I got to the theater and sat down we had a very obstructed view of the stage. My daughter and I could only see part of the stage. I was very disappointed because I paid almost 400.00 dollars for these tickets. I called customer service and filed a complaint and provided pictures of our view off the stage and photos of the tickets. Online City tickets open up an investigation they decide that my claim was not valid. I also try to dispute the charges with Discover Card but I signed off that I agreed to the terms of agreement that all sales are final. I talked to account manager numerous times throughout the month but on December 24 to resolve the situation and she hung up on me. I wanted to talk to her boss or manager and she refused me! I am reporting them to the BBB. I would NEVER buy tickets from them every again! They don't care about their customers. They are very rude and disrespectful!

Do NOT trust!! I put in the venue and artist on Google and this site came up so I thought I was buying from the venue itself, but boy was I wrong! This company sold me a ticket that someone had already used when I arrived at the venue. In order, to receive a refund the company told me that I needed to prove that I was denied entry. Online City Tickets suggested that I should have taken a photo of myself being denied entry and let me know that I needed to get the venue to send an email proving that I was denied entry in order to possibly receive my refund. Thank goodness the venue provided an email. TBD on whether Online City Tickets actually gives me my refund. The whole thing is crazy. Hope it doesn't happen to you!

I put in the venue and this site came up so I thought I was buying from the venue itself. I thought the fee was a little pricey but whatever. The show dates got changed and the venue said they would refund if these dates didn’t work. Called this site and what a joke. First they give you the run around then they simply say “no refund” over and over. Total scam. Wish I would have known but I will spread the word that’s for sure !!!

Total scam, one star is good. The event changed the date 2 days from being a year later. Refuse to give refund. Secondly, they make it nearly impossible to talk to anyone.

There should be a ZERO star rating option! Online City Tickets does not deserve 1 star. They charged an exorbitant fee. I paid 215 for two seats that was purchased by their buying agent for 45 a seat (including processing fees). What a SCAM! I called customer service and Michael conveyed the message that the tickets were purchased by a 3rd party vendor and the price was determined by the anticipated customer demand, at the time. What is discouraging are our local venues are supporting the advertising of Online City Tickets on their websites. The venues should be encouraging direct box office purchases or offering the online purchases themselves, like Hanover Tavern does. Instead, the larger venues are encouraging this level of robbery.

UES ONLINE CITY TICKETS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! There are plenty of other options and much better, much cheaper companies to use! Don’t waste your time or money! I had purchased the USANA Country Mega Tickets through this company, I’m not a big concert goer and got these for my wife as a gift for our wedding anniversary, I spent almost double the cost for the tickets, only had grass seats a d no premium parking or anything and after looking at the cost between the mega tickets and just purchasing 1 ticket at a time was a real rip off but that was not the major issue! Yeah my fault, I should have done my research and bought someplace else! The USANA Mega Tickets included 3 concerts throughout the summer, 1 in June, 1 in July and 1 in Sept. We went the first concert just fine, the second concert we got up to the entrance and there were no tickets attached to out barcode so we let our friend go through and we stepped out of line to address the problem. We called online city tickets and they told us that we had already used our tickets, we asked to speak with a manager and after an hour of fighting these people we were told they need to do an investigation that can take up to 3 days and that was the best we could do! So our friend was already in there and since we live 50 miles we decided to vaguely listen to our concert from the dusty hot parking lot so our friend could at least enjoy what she paid for! So after spending double the cost, taking time off of work since I work nights, wasting gas, wasting time, heartache because this was a concert my wife was very excited about and the main reason I bought the tickets! So like I said, there are other options to purchase tickets! Don’t use this company!!! Save your money, your time, your happiness and go another route, browse the rest of the reviews, I am definitely not the only one who has been scammed by these people!

I wish I had checked the reviews before using this company. After buying my 130 tickets, they charged me 50 per ticket service charge. As soon as I realized it, I called to complain. They left me on hold for 55 minutes and then told me that it's not their problem.
