After checking out several payroll companies, we chose OnPay because of their competitive pricing and the ease of using their online dashboard. I actually did demos for 3 companies and OnPay was by far the most user friendly. We have been using OnPay for almost a year now, and I can say that their customer service is excellent. Any issues I have come across has been resolved immediately. I have used email support, phone support, and online chat and I actually love the online support the most. It is so convenient. I have never had a problem getting quick resolution. The staff all seem to be knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend, especially if, like me, you have no previous experience with payroll.

Really like OnPay. So far they have helped merge my CPA's W2s and the W2s from my online payroll filings. Their customer service has been excellent and they get back to me within a day when I have questions. They have level 2 support if needed. I have 20 employees on payroll now and it is easy to set up and use. I use printable checks and that is faster and my payroll gets done fast! The price is reasonable so far I am really happy!
