Very unprofessional. I called to ask about clerical positions the guy that answered the phone never gave his name (turns out he was the manager). he then asked for my information placed me on a 11 minute hold and never returned to the phone. He instead sent to me another phone that went to voicemail. I called back and Anabelle answered the phone and placed me on another hold. I was transferred to crystal, who told me the process.I completed it and was set up for an appointment/interview for a one o’clock later that day with crystal. she never called. I only got the run around in dealing with this place. Would not recommend.

Mean and rude people that are hard to get in contact with and dont know how to communicate. The same goes for the arrow agency in Redlands.

I definitely will recommend Arrow Staffing to all my friends and family. They have great jobs and opportunities here. The staff here is incredibly kind very helpful and professional above all. My experience here was great. From the moment you come in and are welcomed by Anahi Ruiz you feel very comfortable to ask any questions and plus she will check up on you and see if you have any questions about the application and patiently explain and help you through the process. My recruiter Stephanie Guzman is just amazing I know I'm in great hands. She definitely works hard to find placement for you. She very communicative and considerate on the type of job your looking for. Overall the staffing is great and have no complaints.
