Called and called the numbers provided I even left an email to extend my rental but they never once answered the phone, so I was charged additional 205 for the days they didn’t answer when I could of got my same weekly rate for that much shouldn’t be the customers fault if your company cannot answer the phone, email and can’t return phone calls. Now seeing more reviews I understand this is common !!

I would like to rent again from here for Christmas but is so hard to reach anyone with number listed on Google. Can u please update Google with a # for this location. Last time I rented the 392 challenger and was a great experience.
I have been calling for over 30 minutes and have tried every extension possible and all lead to a machine saying “good bye”, and then follows to hang up. This is unacceptable customer service.
Thank you Enterprise in Ontario on Holt , I went on May 19,2020 I cant remember the gentleman name who helped me but he was very nice as well as their staff they were super fast and friendly. Thank you for making renting a car for me very comfortable it was my first time and thank you .
I reserved a rental and when I got there they had no cars available for me. They told me to wait 15 minutes and I waited for an hour and still no car the employees there kept giving me the run around. So I left and went to budget
